Upfront Pricing for Individual Documents

 

Simple Last Will & Testament

Basic will designating an executor, beneficiaries; suitable for straightforward estates without complex assets.

$400

Revocable Living Trust

Creates a trust to hold assets, avoid probate, and manage distribution; includes pour-over will to cover assets not transferred to the trust.  Does not include supporting documentation.

Irrevocable Trust

Establishes a trust for tax planning, asset protection, or Medicaid eligibility; assets cannot be easily modified once transferred.

Special Needs Trust (SNT)

Protects assets for a disabled beneficiary (e.g., child or adult) while preserving eligibility for government benefits like Medicaid or SSI; includes first-party or third-party SNT options.  Includes advising on Care Management Plan disabled individual based on level of needs.

Durable Power of Attorney (Financial)

Authorizes an agent to manage financial matters (e.g., banking, real estate, taxes) if the client becomes incapacitated.

Healthcare Power of Attorney

Designates an agent for medical decisions.  This does not include detailed wishes and instructions, only designates individual who will make decisions on your behalf. Often purchased in conjunction with a Living Will.

Living Will

Outlines incapacity, end-of-life care preferences, anatomical gifts (advance directive).  Often purchased in Conjunction with a Healthcare Power of Attorney.

Trust Funding Assistance

Transfers assets (e.g., real estate deeds, bank accounts, investments) into a trust to ensure proper management; billed hourly.

Annual Plan Review/Update

Reviews estate plan for life changes (e.g., marriage, divorce, new assets); includes minor amendments to existing documents.

$100 for Individual Documents, $500 for comprehensive estate plan including multiple documents

Business Succession Planning

Plans for transfer of business ownership or assets upon retirement, incapacity, or death; includes buy-sell agreements or trust integration.

Guardianship Designation for Minors

Names legal guardians for minor children in case of parental incapacity or death; often purchased in addition to  wills.

Trust Administration Assistance

Attorney Acts as Trustee and assists in managing trust assets post-death; includes tax filings, distributions, and legal compliance.

Pet Trust

Ensures care for pets after owner’s death or incapacity; includes funding for pet expenses.

Lady Bird Deed (Enhanced Life Estate Deed)

Suitable for transfer of property upon death while avoiding probate. Includes notarization and county clerk filing fee.
