Simple Last Will & Testament
Basic will designating an executor, beneficiaries; suitable for straightforward estates without complex assets.

Revocable Living Trust
Creates a trust to hold assets, avoid probate, and manage distribution; includes pour-over will to cover assets not transferred to the trust. Does not include supporting documentation.

Irrevocable Trust
Establishes a trust for tax planning, asset protection, or Medicaid eligibility; assets cannot be easily modified once transferred.
